Qigong & Mindfulness is one of the Services that we have. And here you have a little and simple introduction to what it is.
Qigong is an ancient holistic practice from China, which has been based in the oriental medicine and meridians or energetic body, which includes a variety of physical exercises, breathing techniques, meditation practices, and mental focus, strength and discipline.
One of the main intentions of Qigong Practice is Longevity , but not just "to live long" it is to live a Holistically Healthy (Mind-Body-Emotions- Spirit), and harmonious life.
As one of the main purposes of these practices is to keep your internal organs detoxified, strong and healthy to work properly. To keep your blood constantly flowing and clean from toxins. To reset and calm your nervous system through the intentional and mindful breathing, to keep your energetic channels clear and open enough for the harmonious flow of energy throughout your body. It keeps your muscles strong, and your ligaments and tendons strong and flexible...
Not only that but it supports your mental focus, your feeling of groundedness and connects you with your higher-self supporting your spiritual growth.
An introductory free workshop is coming this Saturday 9th of AUGUST for anyone who is interested in getting a better feeling of what it is as we practice some of the exercises, and How it can support your Holistic Well-being (mind-body-emotions-spirit), and personal & spiritual growth.
