In time you realize that distracting yourself with some behaviors as drinking too much alcohol, over eating, shopping, watching TV or any other behavior that keeps you away from your problems, is not the answer. They do not change or solve the problem, you realize that the problem is still there the next day, because the problem is how YOU see things.

For you to change those problems you need to find the courage to stop distracting yourself and look within, look at how you think and feel. What happens is that you may not like what you see, but once you see it and feel what you need to feel, a degree of change will happen. You have seen something in you that you have never seen before, and that is the first step for you to move forward from repetitive self destructive behaviors and emotions.

We all have the capacity to be courageous, we all have it within ourselves. Just ask yourself “have I suffered enough?” "Have I had enough?"
